Technical vest for active use in ski touring, outdoor and climbing with cambium® UP insulation

For the functional ZinkenM. Vest made from extremely lightweight and windproof Superfine Nylon Eco, we collect cutting waste from synthetic materials that are generated during manufacturing in our own plant in Bulgaria and at our producers. Sorted and professionally processed, these scraps are turned into a new raw material called cambium® UP, which finds its way back into the product as a lightweight, warming and quick-drying insulation fiber. Another step towards closing the cycle. The large stretch insert on the back with laser-cut artwork ensures optimum ventilation. The two concealed zipped side pockets and a zipped chest pocket round off the function of this technical insulation vest.

The outer surface of the clothing is less sensitive against dirt and the breathability is not affected. All treatments used by us are Bluesign® approved and fulfill all necessary requirements regarding sustainability.

Mountain Shell 2-LayerMountain Shell 2-Layer

The 2-layer version of our Mountain Shell was specifically developed and combined with Primaloft® performance insulation to increase the garments thermal properties. When the weather makes a turn for the worst the premium membrane offers a 10,000 mm water column and moisture vapor breathability of 5,000 g/ m2 / 24 hr. The addition of PFC-free DWR finish makes the material durable, water- and dirt-repellent. Due to the weave and the use of special yarns the polyester material offers excellent freedom of movement while descending mountain terrain or navigating life in the city.

Für unsere cambium® UP-Isolation sammeln wir Zuschnitt-Abfälle von synthetischen Funktionsmaterialien, die bei der Verarbeitung in unserem eigenen Werk in Bulgarien und bei unseren Produzenten entstehen. Sortiert und professionell aufbereitet, entsteht aus diesen Resten ein neuer Rohstoff, der als leichte, wärmende und schnelltrocknende Isolationsfaser den Weg zurück in unsere Produkte findet. Ein weiterer Schritt, um den Kreislauf zu schließen.
